Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Apostille Worldwide ("we," "our," "the Service") is committed to protecting the privacy of the people who entrust us with their documents. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit a quote request through our intake form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, country of origin, destination country, shipping address, and any additional notes you share. Form submissions are processed through Formspree, which acts as a data processor on our behalf. When you correspond with us by email, telephone, or postal mail, we retain that correspondence as part of our case records.

If you proceed beyond a quote into active engagement, we will additionally collect the documents you ship to us or our partners, identification information necessary to verify document authenticity, and payment information processed by our payment processor. We do not store payment card numbers ourselves.

How we use information

We use the information you provide solely to evaluate your request, communicate with you about it, coordinate with our international partners on the authentication of your documents, and deliver the completed documents to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We share information with international partners (notaries, translators, courier services, government liaisons) strictly to the extent necessary to complete the work you have requested. Each partner is engaged under confidentiality.

Document handling

Original documents you send us are tracked from receipt to return, handled with discretion, and shipped via insured courier services. We retain copies of authenticated documents and case correspondence for a reasonable period after completion in case questions arise about the work, after which records are securely destroyed.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses minimal cookies. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. We do not use advertising trackers.

Your rights

You may at any time request that we delete the personal information you have provided (subject to any legal record-keeping obligations), correct information we hold, or stop using your information for further communication. Email us at jared@apostillellc.com to make any such request.
